Exactly one year ago, I started my own blog on reviews of the anime, TV shows, books, etc.  I came to the WordPress community, thinking that I wouldn’t have people reading what I had to say on my criticisms towards what I find to be entertaining, but I was wrong.  I was welcomed to this community with followers and other bloggers who liked my posts, and who actually wanted to read more of what I had to say on other forms of entertainment.  So…thank you so much to those of you who have followed my blog, liked my posts, commented on them, etc.!  It means so much to me that you all enjoy what I have to say on a certain series or book.

Now, three hundred and sixty five days later, I have published seventy-eight posts, I have sixty-nine followers, and I am continuing to grow my blog.  I may have some times where I won’t post for about a couple weeks at a time, maybe over a month at a time.  It’s been happening more lately because of how busy I have been with school, AP and Honors homework, dance team, and more studying, but I will definitely post more on here, since I am out for break, and I am not performing as often as I did during the fall.

Now that I am off for Christmas break, I will have more time to publish new posts for you all, and maybe put in a couple of poems I have made this year.  I haven’t shown them to many people yet, but I’m excited to show some different posts for you all!

Again, thank you so much for being with me on this journey!  It means a lot to me!  And now that I have been reading over these posts and looking at my followers count, I decided to make a new goal for this blog: reach one hundred followers by the summer of 2018!  To make that happen, make sure to tell people you know about GeekyGirlWrites, and if you haven’t already, you can follow my blog for more updates on my latest posts!

I hope you all are having a fabulous Holiday, and I hope you have a great New Year!

P.S.

If you’d like to make a recommendation on a TV show or anime I should watch, a movie I should see, a musical I should listen to, or a book I should read, leave a comment after a post you have read on my blog.

P.P.S.

I would like to thank these people who have been with me since the beginning, helped my blog grow to where it is now, and have commented on my previous posts.  I’m pleased that you enjoy what I post on my blog!
